Ahoy there folks. Talking about a 2007 9-3SS Aero.
Two weeks ago and again yesterday, I applied the Saab-brand leather conditioner to my upholstery. Prior to applying it, i.e. when the car was brand-new, the leather felt a bit dry and stiff and slightly rough to touch. After applying it, it gave the leather more of a supple feel and made it much softer to the touch. Even after two weeks (i.e. right before reapplying the stuff yesterday), the leather felt significantly softer than it did when I first purchased the car. And to top it all off (I doubt this was an intentional feature of this product) it seems to strenghten the new-car smell. Maybe there are better products out there, but this seems to work very well. Just thought I'd pass along my experience with this product. |

Great advice!
I love the new car smell. I read somewhere last week that "new car smell" is toxic but if I'm going to die by breathing something I like then, death, here I come. Last edited by DeaconBlues; 20-08-07 at 02:04 PM. |

He, he, he.
You can call me an "addict" then. I like that smell better than my wife's perfume. |
