Default VX220 VXR Sale Fiasco

Just had this link passed to me at work. http://www.vx220.org.uk/forums/index...howtopic=54660 Lots of links doing the rounds on the net at the moment, so sorry if it's already here.

Basically it's a guy on a Vauxhall forum trying to sell his limited edition VX220 VXR, then being panned by hundreds of people for claiming it is undamaged, when he has been noted searching for virtually all body parts required to rebuild one of these from all net sources.

People from all over the world have been joining the above forum just to post comments on this topic, so I thought it was worthy of the Saab communities interest. Makes some very longwinded, but interesting reading..
Steve.

After reading the entire thread, Most can safely assume that he was trying to sell a supposed non-accidented car. The only Vauxhall VXR specialists in that area have offered to inspect the car and its history (free of charge) but the seller still has not responded.

Despite that, some have even taken picture of that VXR infront of his supposed brothers workshop (which does exist), later to find the garage owners name is the seller himself

I made it on page 47 at 5 p.m. est. By 6p.m. we had 48 pages. This UK site has gone world wide! It shows how the internet can be used to expose "dodgy" characters!
