Licence Plate holder

I see that some guys put bright light in above it.
I got a scrolling sign in my holder. Black holder with red Leds.
5 Memory locations. One I programed to say SAAB TURBO. and it scolled across fast. I tried to take a pic of it for display here ,but the Camara is not fast enoght to catch it.

my concern would be the distraction of drivers behind you trying to read your fast scrolling plate frame and not seeing your brake lights...

Can't be any more the some one on a damn cell phone, or play with thier radio, or yelling at the kids in the back seat, or eating a burger, or reading the news paper. Kinda get my drift. LOL

lol. since you live in PA too (Im outside of Harrisburg), I will share the traits of the worst driver Ive ever seen. In a 3 series(heh, no suprise there) an attractive woman was doing the following: smoking a cigarette, applying eyeliner, cellphone pinched between ear and shoulder, and reading directions. All at the same time, and at highway speeds(usually 65, but BMW drivers are allowed to do 90). Keep your eyes open on I-81....
