Well from the home page you first have to click on the "online store" tab. Then scroll down to "universal parts" banner near the bottom of that page, click it. You will then find the search tab on this page where you can type in saab that will take you to the PPC (it's currently the only SAAB part they have). If you do order and have any problems ask for or send e-mail to Frank Derks as he will help you till resolved.

I ordered my PPC unit from Eurosport on June 15th and it arrived this past monday. I paid $919 total, there were no duties on the purchase. They also have great customer service.

What exactly was the great "Customer Service"? 10/11 Days from Canada vs 6/7 days from the UK or Sweden?

Not to be a DH, but in the last week or so two guys have raved about saving 100 bucks when they really saved 20. Now I do not know, nor have anything against this new sponsor. But for Several years many of us have dealt with our major sponsors and had excellent results with a multitude of parts and services. Now I'm going to sound Cynical (as usual), but this is the classic "The Noobs" are gonna show you how it's done...and odds are first time sabbies.

JonV JonV, great customer service isn't about the shipping. Yes of course getting it out and shipped is definitely part of it. I guess people would look at my "join date" and write me off as "NB." But definitely not new to tuning. Customer Service I think is more about the support you get from the shop. I've delt with many tuner shops that just want to sell you parts and not have to deal with answering Qs or problems you may have before and after the purchase was made. We all know PFS is great, but when you come across someone that is genuinely concerned about taking care of his/her customer, that is gold. You can't find that very often. Just my 2cents
-Look outside the box, there's a whole world out there.

JonV, why you busting balls over this, seriously?? If you look at your calendar, the 15th was a Friday. It didn't ship out till Monday after they programmed it. That has nothing to do with lack of customer service on Eurosports part.

It is freedom of choice of who people purchase their parts from. All we are doing is sharing the experience we have had with Eurosport.

Didn't mean to discount your experience with other cars/tuning shops, but scouring the Eurosport website there is not one Saab accessory or aftermarket part, not even a light bulb. I may be over zealous in supporting our Sponsors, but I've not heard any complaints nor run into any situations where a Sponsor has not backed up his product or given poor service. I almost dare ya to find a complaint, and a few of the Sponsors have been around SC a long time. They've taken very good care of us. If I were to order another PPC I'd use one of our regulars, the 20 buck difference would be no big deal.

JonV - I was the one who reported the $100 in savings, please go back and re-read the posts if you are going to be challenging the savings. As I have stated numerous times, the savings are for those in CANADA. This website is for educational purposes and to share knowledge. I dont understand why you continue to challenge people....I really dont. But whatever floats your boat. Enjoy your Saab and lets stop splitting hairs!

Haha, I like that Woodsta. Good attitude.

I think this has gone on long enough. We're all adults, "Can't we all just get along." To bad we all live so far from each other. I know we'd have a blast cruisin together.
