Default A-Pillar Cover Removal

I need to route a wire up the a-pillar. Can someone tell me how the cover comes off without breaking it?

Pull it off top and bottom at the same time, there are 3 spring clips on the reverse.

Perfect! I ran the mic wire down the pillar this morning. Now I just need to route it behind the glovebox. That shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks,
