Lower springs -ideas

I'm looking to improve my handling, and from what I've read, lower springs seems to be the right answer, but I live in Alaska so deep snow and dirt roads are quite common. Is there any way to get harder springs, without lowering the car? I now have boge sport shocks and sway bars.

I saw a site, but I do not remember where, where they are making coilovers for classic 900's they were adjustable from 0-4 inches. They were pretty costly(I believe around $600) But i does solve the problem of having lowering coils in the winter. Just jack the car back up for winter and lower it for the summer.

I believe you are referring to Brads height adjustable springs (not really coilovers as the damper isn't touched), try www.kcsaab.com and drop Brad an email.

Make sure they are good adjustable coilovers. At $600 a set i would say they are prob well built. Because if you get a cheap set they are more likly to fail and well there goes a spring flyin.

yeah, and a failed coilover at a bad time = crash...

Removing the front sway bar will increase grip and handling -especialy on rough roads. Having a front sway bar as well as stiffer springs and shocks will give a very harsh and twitchy ride.
