Well that line is similar to the fuel line, you could cut the broken ends flush and just take it to the autoparts store and have them cut you a piece of vacuum or rubber type fuel line with an inside diameter to slip over the plastic line to repair it. that line goes to the brake booster, you can drive it to the store just will make your brake pedal feel really hard to push. regardless fix it asap but the hose to connect the pieces would be the quickest cheapest fix because that way you don't run risk of breaking the check valve when you try and swap it out.
Thanks for the info, it accualy broke off a bit of the valve nipple, and it broke off at the intake manifold. It has some knd of system were in clips in to the maifold.
