No Crank No Start Issue

Heys guys new to the forum and to Saabs in general. I have a 99' 9-5 2.3T with a nordic stage 1 tune in it. Here's my issue the other night I was driving on the highway and the car shut off (lights, engine, radio, etc.) I pulled to the shoulder and let the car cool for a moment then tried to start it. I turned the key and nothing happened the engine didnt even attempt to turn. The only thing that the car would do is turn on the radio, ACC, SID, and also turn the radiator fans on. Any clue at what could be causing this? If it was a crank but no start I would know where to begin but the engine doesnt even crank over, not even a CEL..any help is appreciated thanks

Check the large MAXI fuses under the hood; located right behind the fuse box pull the cover. check all the engine management and starter fuses and relays.
