Headlights are horrible!

I have sanded them down and they aren't yellow anymore, but they are not clear, more like a foggy haze. The low beam is just awful! The high beam is great! What can I do?

Can't do HID. Should I try the top of the line bulbs? If so, what?
I can't drive at night like this...ideas?

Seems like you still need to do more polishing to them. Did you buy a kit? Which one did you use?

try polishing them, and if that dosnt work the fog might be on the inside of the lense.

I'm beginning to wonder if it is inside the lens. I have polished them 2x.

3M the first time
Turtle wax the next and I even added sand paper to it.
