hi we have
saab 93 se 2.2tdi 2002 hatchback
want to tow caravan 1500kg
is it possible as can't find any towing advice on car sites
what is car capable of

As you can see in the Owner's manual link, you'll be at the very top of the permitted towing weight. Trailer must have brakes.

I hope you're not planning to tour the Highlands, since at that load your Saab will only be able to handle 7% grades or less.
