Wondering where the electrical connection is on the tach. Its not working and I have checked all fuses and connections besides going into the tach itself. Instead of taking the dash apart, I took the fuse panel off and have just enough room to stick my arm up and feel around the back of the tach. Cant find any connection.
I'm talking about within the cluster - 4 Connections from the tacho to the printed circuit board - Read my posts on the subject. I'm certain tiggerz problem is like the one I had - Martin
So I just drove to Denver (Im from colorado springs) and about half way there the tach and boost gauge both started working. Then when leaving they didnt work again. So Im guessing it is what you guys are talking about. Thats what Im going to get into this weekend. Ill post back to update on how it goes. Thanks for the info
If you give a good slap on to of the dash above the cluster you maybe able to get it to come on or off. When you take out the cluster which is bit of a pain - remember to disconnect the negative battery cable. Good luck - Martin
