'07- ACC panel in '05 car

I know the answer is probably no, but, are they interchangeable? About to order up all the bits to retro-fit some heated seats for winter and really do prefer the '07 dials to the myriad of buttons on my '05 panel.

EDIT: Well forget I asked, googled the units and plugs are different
