Idle Rough after turning off A/C while parked

I am experiencing hunting idle after I turn off the A/C system. it just runs up to about 1000 and then back down to about 800. and repeats this for several minutes if I am parked idling.

I have recently had my A/C serviced, thinking that it was low on r134.

Any ideas?
