Default Nokia phone removal?

Hi,

My 2001 car has a Nokia phone holder which I would like to remove. I popped the tab cover and removed the hex bolt, but it looks like it is attached at the top with some tabs that look like they overlap the lower dash panel? Didn't want to force anything so thought I'd get some advice on here first!
