cold start issue 2002 9-3 se

When my car starts it drop down in idle to the point of almost stalling. Its been doing it for a months but becuase it would always rev back up, never worried. Meaning it drops to about 700 rpm then the turbo kicks in and it rev back up to about 1.2k rpm. Then once its warms up it will drop to about 900 and be fine. Today it actually did get low enough to stall. I dont get a check engine light. Today is the first occurance of it stalling and it started right back up. It is fine once it is warmed up and idles smoothly. This only happens when the car sits for alteast 30 mins or so. What is potently on its way out that will need to get replaced?


btw the DIC is a replacement.
