new nuts and bolts

Where do you guys get new hardend bolts and nuts. Seems that noone around here sells metric hardend. Replacing CV boots which I'm not finished with because I got mad, I rounded a fue naughty bolts and nuts. The nuts are locking and don't need to be hardend do they or don't they? Also the caliper mounting bolts have no markings on the head of them so I am not so sure they need to be either. Would like the saab site or someplace like that have them. I don't really know what to ask for if I have to order through a generic catalog. As always thanks guys
