confused about BOVs

Well I just put in an mbc+a last week and everything is fine. But now the stock BPV (changed to BOV) makes random moaning sounds all the time so it must not be able to handle the boost. I am pretty confused on what to get and I dont want to spend a lot of money. Would something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Turbo...mZ150010639067 what I need? Its confusing with all the type h, type s, xs... I dont know what they are talking about.
