Water make my electrics work

This is a strange one. My 9000 has acc which all works the flaps the compresor every thing apart from the fan. Except that is when it gets washed, When i wash the car i give it a good clean pleanty of soap and water. When i get back in the car the fan has started working again . I tested this out the other night i washed my car at work sure enough the motor came on and work perfectly no bearing noise grating or any other badnes the fan works at all speeds at all settings. Ive checked but ther are no codes in the acc system and it runs through the check with no problems. any thoughts????
