possible to install front foglights?

Hello,
I was wondering if i can install front foglights on a 2004 9-5 Linear. (the Linear doesn't have them standard) Is the Linear pre-wired for the foglights so that it is easy to install the foglights and the switch on the dash?

I could only find replacement foglights (not an install kit)on the "online part suppliers"

Also are the foglights any good? Do the foglights have a nice bright and wide angle light pattern?
