Default JDM Toy HID Bulb Replacements

Giving everyone a heads up that the replacement D series bulbs from JDM Toys are legit. Much cleaner looking than factory and is much brighter.

For $60 shipped it is well worth the investment.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up! I said in another post that I wasn't going to change out the HID's, but maybe I will now that you recommend them!

For a 2007, would you happen to know which bulb I need? I don't know the difference between D2S and D2R, and the owners manual just mentions them being H7 bulbs.

Also, what color output did you decide on?

These are if you have HID already. If you don't have HID already you need a kit with ballast + bulbs + error code kit.

$45 and probably the best hid part company online

http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=1250

I've ordered many times from there, and they carry 4,300k bulbs They are based out of Atlanta and locals can buy in person.

Error code eliminators don't typically work. You need to use a Tech 2 and change the car to xenon.

Plenty of people use them with no problems. I have had the tech2 programming, but in the ultimate HID thread I've seen many success stories with them.

Was going to post this exact info ha. I've used both 4300 and 5000 from THS and they have been great. Great bunch of guys to deal with. Had issues with bulbs once and they sent me a new pair of bulbs with shipping labels inside for free.
