Default Suspension interchangeable throughout the years?

So I have a 2001 aero wagon. The rear seems very low... probably due to springs getting old. I see that the 2006+ seem to have higher rear ends I'd imagine only the springs were changed? Is it possible to retrofit them on the 2001?

There are many suspension components that differ for different performance packages (Arc, Linear, Aero, etc.) even within the same model year.

More specifically to your question, there is a difference for all 9-5 2005 and earlier vs. 2006 and later.

I don't know if they interchange exactly. Perhaps a read / search on the mods forum will yield the answer?

06' rear springs also sags. you need to get some spacers to lift it back up. mine needed 1" spacers to get back to the correct height.

Yeah I just saw those on ebay. I guess I'll wait till I put new shocks in to get the correct spacers.
So you used as much as 1"?! That's crazy...
