Default Manual
I ordered one on ebay that is on a disk so I can pull up what I want and print that page to take out to the car. What like 7 bucks with shipping.

what seller did you use I tried to get one years back and never worked on my computer. But if one really is good for less than the $37 the papercopy costs I am in!!
