i have a 91 900 and having tranny problems the tranny is good but it hard to get it in gear when at a stop but onice i get it going its ok. what to do

You need either a slave cylinder or a master cylinder. Most likely the slave, you're losing clutch pressure.

|
Easy is a pretty relative term depending on your level of machanics. There are several threads on here with step by step tutorials on how to replace both the master and slave cylinder.
