-spur of the moment

-an all around good autox car

-suspension/ handling based
Who helped you build this car?
-my brother
What makes your car special?
- i have spent many many hours trying different suspensions and setups to prefect it, also it was the first car to show that a bov works on t8.... other diy stuff like oil pressure and intercooler, i dont know honestly.
What is your favorite part/feature/function?
-the fact that it is a saab, always stands out
Who or what inspired the direction of modifications on this car?
-my love for autox
What don't you like about this car?
-automatic trans and the fact that it is heavy, hard to tune, and hard to get parts for.
What was your biggest obstacle in building this car?
-aftermarket parts selection
How did you overcome the issue?
-with research
What would you change if you could?
-give it a manual transmission
On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with the outcome of this project?
-8
What would you do to the car if money were no object?
-i would purchase a set of kw v2 coilovers, team dynmaic wheels, full cage, nira i7 ecu, gt2871, 1000cc injectors, weisco pistons, carillo rods, twin charge, astra vxr recaro seats, full sound system, and a carbon fiber aero package with a new paint job of the original espresso black.
Who has been your biggest critic of this project?
-my family and firends
What do your family and friends say about this car?
-my mom thinks im wasting my money and my brother wolnt admit that my saab is fast.
What is your most memorable/humorous/embarrassing moment with this car?
- one time i hill hopped it at 80mph got 10 or 20 yards of distance, or the time i ran a subie with 6 people in the car.
Has this car competed in any events? Results?
-mercedas benz club of dc autox events and it usually results in first or second for FF class (as long as there are not mini coopers...)
What is your favorite place to drive this car?
-riverbend road to george town pike
What is your ideal day with this car?
- one where i dont have to pay any money

- me, bother, gf, and mom..

-it does not need a name

-fresh
Anything else you’d like to share?
-not much, just happy i won. Ive spent countless hours and days working on this car experimenting and screwing around to get it comfortable and nice. i think the one biggest flaw with the car is the paint job because it is in poor condition.

i dont mind i cautiously watch when my gf drive but i trust my brother and my mom if they **** it up its their fault.

i can go low enough that i put the wheels into the fender liner. fyi the rear of the car in the image is not lowered it gets about half an inch lower.

I like how you took the grill out of the bumper cover. I might do that. Did you put something behind it to protect the radiator?
