Default Car will not start still (coolant leaking from the top near the bolt holding it in)

I love this car but can honestly say it has been nothing but a headache. From the CPS, to the window roller breaking, to the serp belt and tensioner pulley. I have no clue what to do with this car, it wont start I dont have money to get it towed to a garage and looked at. Is there any chance that I could have burned out a fuse for one the relays? I heard there was a starter relay NSS thing that happens to these cars and prevents them from starting.
