Default How cool is the Carlsson compared to the SPG?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SAAB-900-C...item4d00d870e3

What is the US equivalent? as it seems to me that the US market missed out some...maybe emmissions controls prevented these from reaching the US

The Carlsson edition had a lot of cool little extras. Special suede sections of the seat leather, red box APC, special 3-spoke MOMO carlsson logo steering wheel, rear decor panel, vent covers, 3-spoke wheels, Carlsson decals, stripes, and emblem in the rear, twin-tip tailpipe, and of course the front and rear bumper with extended wheel arches and SPG panels (I may be missing some).

The US version was called the Airflow edition and was merely the bumpers and wheel arches added as an accessory to the SPG. You can also sometimes find rear decor panels, twin tail pipes, wheels, red box, etc. Definitely cool looking still, but by no means an actual Carlsson.

So were these seats never available as an option in the States?

They were standard on the 9000 Carlsson I understand, and an option on the 900, any version. They are very nice by the way, I picked these up for a bargain price.

No still saving my pennies for the walnut, but getting the seats definitely, Just waiting for a friend to pick them up from UKSaabs member.
Or it's an excuse to go to Portsmouth.
