Hey all, this is my first post (I've been reading/visiting on here for quite a while). Anyways, I've been trying to troubleshoot my saab to see if my fuel pump has in fact gone bad after I experienced my saab cranking but not turning over completely. First of all, I've done all the reading and tried all the preliminaries: checked all fuses/relays, checked battery/other voltages, and refreshed the spark plugs. When I turn the car i can't here the pump kick on from the tank so this afternoon I depressurized the fuel line and popped the delivery fuel line off to see if any gas was being run through it at all. Besides the small excess sitting in the hose, no gas came through when the car was turned on or when it was cranked (for a brief moment). Is there anything else I need to do to confirm the fuel pump needs replaced? Thanks all in advance!
