I am starting to get this error code more frequently now. I'm not sure if it has to do with the temperature change of spring or what it is.
Here's there freeze frame data: http://i.imgur.com/vqLh6.jpg http://i.imgur.com/XsIMn.jpg Tune is stage 2 on a TD04 automatic '97. Could it be a bad injector or the stock ones arn't strong enough for 18psi out of the td04? Thanks. |

Yes, it could be an injector. Unplug them at idle, one by one. Each should make an obvious difference in idle quality. If one doesn't, something is wrong with that cylinder, though not necessarily the injector. Bad ignition will send O2 through the exhaust as well.
It may also be an exhaust leak before the upstream O2 sensor, or the sensor itself. |

long term adaptive at +25 map at 16 in why is the rpm's at 3000? is there a vaccum leak? (normal ranges: adaptives short/long should be as close to zero as poss and map is 18-21 in)

There are two noises here in this video. One of which is the timing chain and the other I think is the injector (the one thats much shorter in duration but much faster). If so, should I use this as my excuse to get green giants.
I have yet to unplug the injectors though. I don't think there's a vac leak. I get 20+ inches on vacuum with my foot off the pedal. http://www.dropshots.com/erix920#dat...05-07/16:01:39 At 7 seconds you can hear it really well. |
