I have been getting some requests for vinyl wrapping services. The following information will be for those of you interested in getting your parts wrapped in vinyl including pricing, shipping information, and all the nitty gritty stuff. So here we go.

Material Selections
At the present time I am working strictly with 3M Wrapping Vinyls.

3M Di-Noc Architectural Vinyls (500 different styles from 3M).
3M Di-Noc Page and Sample Screens
Most commonly known for their Carbon Fiber Prints

3M 1080 Scotchprint Wrapping Vinyl.
3M 1080 Series Page and Sample Screens
I have Physical Samples of this vinyl series. This is the same product I wrapped my 9-3SS with (M21 Matte Silver)

Other materials will be added in the future.

Pricing For Interior Wrapping

The pricing below is for interior wrapping services. At the present time this is for the 2003-2010 Saab 9-3 Product Line Up. Other Saab models will be priced at a later date. There are two different prices listed:

CSV= Customer Supplied Vinyls - ISV= Installer Supplied Vinyls

These are the labor costs to install the vinyl. These prices Include stripping the Sof-Tex rubber coatings from the parts. These wrapping vinyls will not adhere to the Sof-Tex coating even with 3M 94 Primer.

Level 1: Carbon wrap with Instrument Recess re-coated in Plasti-Dip.

Level 2: Full carbon wrap including Instrument Recess.

Pricing For Exterior Wrapping

Exterior wrapping services are available including full wrapping of your 9-3 SS/SC/CV!

Major exterior wraps are available by estimate and appointment only. Due to the very high work load involved the process can take 1-7 days depending on what you want wrapped. At the moment I am working with 3M 1080 series vinyls only for exterior wraps but I am looking into Oracal 970 wrapping vinyls which are available in 38 gloss colors.

Pricing for Non-Shipped Parts:

Your car will need to be brought to me for wrapping of these parts due to their size. The parts can usually be wrapped withing a few hours.

Saab Ground Effect (Aero Kits) for Arc and Aero Models Only! Front and Rear Lip Spoilers are done in two piece sections.

Exterior pricing can vary depending on the condition of your exterior parts.

Billing and Shipping

Billing will be done exclusively through Paypal.

Shipping is easy! Simply remove the parts from your car you wish to have wrapped. Package them safely in a box. Don't forget to include your vinyl if you are supplying your own vinyl. Simply drop them off at your local UPS shipping point. Please remember to include your return label in the box. Once I receive your parts I will get to work on them and send them back when completed.

Most wraps on interior parts can be done over the course of several hours and will be shipped back within 1-3 days depending on how many parts you need wrapped.

Limitations, Vinyls, 30 Day Lift Guarantee

Limitations:
The vinyls used in wrapping can be pretty tricky to work with. They take a lot of patience and a good knowledge of how much you can manipulate the material before damage occurs to it. This being the case I can not wrap any parts that have excessive damage to them. Parts that have pieces missing from them, cracked, or are heavily gouged will affect the outcome of the final result. Please inspect your parts before you send them out to ensure they are in good shape to accept the wrap.

All parts will be inspected before they are wrapped and after they are wrapped to ensure a quality piece and result.

Vinyls:
Warranty information, including all necessary product information in regards to safety and product limitation for the 3M series of wrapping vinyls are available in the links provided at the top of this post for the individual product lines.

30 Day Lift Guarantee:
Great care and attention to detail will be taken to provide you with a quality wrap. Not all vinyls are alike and due to the extreme curvature of some of the parts that can be wrapped, very minor "micro bubbles" may occur. This is especially true of areas that require extra manipulation to allow the vinyl to conform to the part. I specially use 3M 94 Tape Primer for making sure areas do not lift. Micro Bubbles can be expected in any wrap where the vinyl is too think for the required contour.

Since it is all about the look and quality. If, in the course of 30 days from the date you receive your wrapped parts from me, and your vinyl should lift off the part because of improper installation. Send the part back to me and I will repair or rewrap the vinyl at no cost to you. I will even pay for your shipping. Please contact me if any lifting should occur.

Hey Guys, highly recommend you send your parts to Nick if you have anything you guys are unsure of wrapping yourself. He recently wrapped my dash surround piece because I didn't trust myself to wrap it well ha. It looks awesome! A lot of attention to detail which is important with this stuff. I don't have a pic at the moment but I'm hoping to have one tomorrow to post for you all to see. If there is anything you are unsure of wrapping, I guarantee you'll be happy if you send it up to NH.

Folks here are some pictures of some of the things I can do for you.

Interior Parts:

This is the instrument cluster surround I wrapped for Gs04aero. This is the Level 2 wrap package for the surround.







This is the interior of my 9-3. This is an example of a full interior trim wrap with a level 1 instrument surround wrap.




For exterior work:

This is my 9-3 wrapped with 3M 1080 Series M21 Matte Silver and a generic carbon vinyl. Anything is possible on exterior wraps from full single colors, to two tone wraps, even a complete carbon wrap.

Sure!

If you can get me pictures and measurements of the panels you want wrapped I can throw together a price for you.

When taking your measurements, on large pieces add two inches to all measurements making sure you measure at the widest and tallest points.

On small pieces, like door trim strips add one inch to all measurements and make sure to take into count the curvature of the strip if there is one like there is on the 9-3SS.

Is that CA-412 or CA-1170? I'm having a tough time seeing the difference between the two...

The ACC was wrapped in 3M Di-Noc CA-421 (Black)

CA-1170 is the same stuff, it's just the 3M part number for a full 164 foot roll of it.

Here is a picture of the door handle covers and the glove box trim done in 3M 1080-M12 Matte Black for SaabCentral member "GBS".

Look almost identical to the factory Sof-Tex with a bit more shine and a lot less peeling.
