rotor tolerance
I've searched the forum and can't seem to find out what the thickness tolerance is for front and rear brake rotors.
 I'm replacing the pads and just want to make sure the rotors are not too worn. I'll need to borrow a tool to measure thickness from work - unless you all can suggest something. My car: 2003 Aero 9-5 107k miles. Bought the car with 55K probably has original rotors. No pulling or warping currently. I've read that Akebono ceramics (Tirerack) are recommended for less brake dust. Brake dust on front wheels is crazy. Sound good? Is there a Haynes manual available on this car? Is it any good?

You might have better luck in the 1st generation 9-5 forum as the one you posted in is for 2010+ models.
