Default BPC valve hose cracked? Boost control valve?

Top hose going to the boost control valve on my 2.3t 99 seems to be split ? and oil is leaking out of it? what does this mean is happening to my saab ha... also noticed that the vacuum line to the control valve for the bypass had broken off with crudded oil coming out of it. it was still attached to the throttle body. what does this mean? my car has been running lean, and spark knocking, trying to find the problem. Also, the vacuum hose running from the control valve for the bypass back to the throttle body had a T adadpter in it with one going to the throttle body the other just hanging open? I have seen no such thing on any other lines for this? Should i remove the T and make it one hose?
