Hello once again. I recently reached the 90k km on my odometer and it is time to change my braking setup (rotors and pads).
I have been hearing a lot of good feedback from R1 concepts. I have visited their site and found some incredibly good prices on drilled and slotted rotors along with 4 pieces of pads...... The problem is shipping to Greece. Greek customs will kick my butt on taxes due to the weight and international shipping for buying something outside the E.U. Is anyne willing to order and ship them to me after I deposit the total amount through Paypal? If the package is shipped as a present from an individual and not a store to me I will only pay just for plain shipping. Of course I will leave a tip for the favour I am thinking about these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SAAB-...Q5fAccessories and these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SAAB-...Q5fAccessories Any opinions on R1 concepts quality? Thanks in advance and I hope someone responds to my call for cheaper upgrade |

I would help, but I'm in Canada, so that just adds more expensive on top of it all.

Thank you so much for the help jeff
Turbosupra thank you also even if it was just the positive thinking to help a fellow member I have some news from R1 concepts. They can ship inside the US for example to jeff who lives at NY for 40dollars. Is there any way to be informed about a 30kg (70pounds) private package shipping cost from the US to Greece using USPS standard priority with registered option also? Sorry if I am asking for much but R1concepts quoted me 250usd for the shipping and I am also afraid of the Greek Customs. |

I used r1s on my Mitsu. I ran axxis pads. I like stock set up better.

I know its not a very good excuse because i have not put them on the saab but My saab always has stopped on a dime and they lasted twice as long as the r1. Il was putting a set of r1s every year it seemed like. They looked sweet but im more into function than looks.
