Custom Viggen air shields?
So... the air shields listed from thesaabsite.com are ridiculously overpriced and right now, out of my price range. So... im thinking what if i use a couple of sheets of lexan that are laying around and fab them into air shields? has anyone done something remotely close to this? any pointers or thoughts about the project?

i might be missing it... but where is there custom air shields on that site?
