Default cylinderhead's

I know with the chrysler 2.2l's and 2.5l cylinderhead's were interchangeable I was wondering if the 2.3l cylinderhead would fit on the 2.0l?

I could be wrong, but I thought the late 2.0 and 2.3 heads were the same

The 2.1L and the 2.3L heads interchange with 2.0L blocks (pre 94) Although the valve dia. is the same for all three heads the 2.1L and the 2.3L heads have a different port configuration which is favorable amongst tuners who like to port their heads. The 2.1L and 2.3L heads have more material around the port openings so you can do this. There are a few websites out there that have more detailed information.
At my shop we’ve had some substantial results using the 2.3L head.

9000, 900 94-98 and 9-3 98-00 have exactly the same head on all 4 cylinders motors. 9-5 and 93 -00 are not exactly the same but will fit 94-00. Before 94 there are three diferents heads: 2.3 and 2.1, 2.0 86-93 and 2.0 84-85 but they will all fit. The best head for high performance is 94-98 and will fit erlier models with some modification. Next best is the 2.1/2.3.
