Cam specs ?

I am about to change my cam followers and thought I would measure the camshafts while I have it apart.

I looked in Bentley for cam specs and only found journal info, no lobe dimensions.

Anyone know of a reference that has the full specs ? Also, has anyone had their cams reground or do you just buy new/aftermarket/used ?
