Default ABS hydrualic pump chatters - why?
ABS hydraulic pump chatters when switching the ignition on surely it shouldn't do that should it?

At first I thought it was the pump relay so I took the relay out and shorted across the relay contacts. It still chattered.
Give us a clue someone please.
