Last week I went to get the SRS light on my Saab turned off. Now a week later i've noticed none of the controls to my air work except the fan speed. i can't direction air toward the windshield or the floor and the nob for the heat only turns 3/4 of the way and then something feels like its not letting it go any further. the vent by the steering wheel also isn't connected right and the stick you use to dirrection the air are loose and the flaps inside just bounce around when you try to direction them. Before I took my car to this shop it worked fine. Do you guys think this is an easy thing to fix or should I take it back and demand they fix it?

Sounds like they had the dash off for whatever reason. Presumably to fix the A.B. I would take it back and see whats up. The vent is an easy fix but involves removing the dash face.
