without really trying to find a better price, nordicspeed has this wheel for $229 each. and since nordicspeed shows free shipping on the wheel as well, its really NOT that expensive for a new oem wheel.
not to think that there is always the potential to look more and find them a little cheaper somewhere else.
ANA, for example, has them listed at 795 KR (ie ~$118 USD)... which actually includes swedish VAT, so the wheels are really about 25% cheaper on foreign sales. if they ship to the US that gets eaten back up. but $120 each for these sounds like a steal to me.
Sorry guys, doesnt work like that. SU posted those several weeks back. After a lot of emails, they finally came back with a price, 2295 SEK each wheel shipped, and that excludes the 20% VAT.
I got an email back, they won’t ship rims with tires (at least to the US) due to freight costs.
“Hello
For the moment we can just send loose rims becuse the freight would be more expensive then the wheels. Freight cost 4440 ex tax
There is no TPMS sensor mounted, but i can fix this , price 800sek “
3800kr for freight is correct like you said.
the ALU88 wheel is 795kr each, 2544kr for the set.
combined 6344kr = $943 USD
$235/wheel shipped for the ALU88.
not near as cheap as originally thought, but truthfully not all that expensive either... but still slightly more expensive than Nordicspeed has the wheel listed at. ($229/free shipping to CA and most US states)
So you're getting a discount if you get the set? 795*4=3180 SEK
