I've got an idea! This will require a few things. I'll list them below.
Bring two hydraulic jacks, lug socket, a handheld impact gun and 4 cinderblocks.
Step 1) Cruise around til you spot a GTP.
Step 2) Follow the GTP that you just found.
Step 3) Wait til the owner leaves and is out of sight for about 5 minutes.
Step 4) Using the above tools, do a "tire change"
Step 5) Profit.
Or you should get a wheel that has the correct offset and you will not have to spend 200$ + on spacers on top of wheels and tires.
You realize to get this look (With an 7" wide wheel) you need skinnier tires because of the width? So you can be flush with this set up rubbing even with 215's, or you could get a wider wheel with the same width tires and clear with no issues due to the slight stretch.
dont skimp on tire if you have to if your gettin a 7in wide get a 225 or 235 at the most
