Hi i have a '99 93 2.0 Turbo just bought a "noisy" :lol: dump valve but it wont make any noise :evil: just wndering if anyone knows where i m going wrong.

Yep looks right, I have the same unit. I found my vacuum line was cracked once that was fixed it worked well. Just make sure your in boost hard then lift, I know mine is not really loud at light throttle or low boost like some of the import cars you hear around town, if that makes sense.
Is the BOV's piston adjustable? If so, it could be adjusted too tightly for your setup and not expelling your boost. Be careful! If it's not opening the pressure isn't leaving and your turbo/Motor will pay dearly. Then you will too to fix it.

Do you have a list of your mods somewhere? For example, is that your ECU next to the battery? What are those things that look like injectors near the oil filler cap? What's the black cylindrical object where the brake booster would be on a LHD car?

Try using a different spring if the interchangeable ones were included. If you take it apart you might find the source of the problem if its related to the BOV. Everything looks right from what i can see though. Good luck
