Rear Viggen discs

Does anyone know what make these so special compared to the stock 9-3 discs?

I'm guessing because they're vented, while all the others aren't. But can't find any good sources to back this up.

I need to replace these, and wanted to go with brembo discs, which are easily avalible for the front, but for the rear diss shops are recomending the same model discs as with normal 9-3's (non-vented). Which is probably wrong.

Second thing, i might go a little step bigger, according to this site I can use 300mm discs:
http://www.viggenfactfile.de/brakes4.html
It states they fit with no modifications.. but i can't see how the original viggen caliper could still be used. Or does the site specificly mean that only the disc fits without modifications.

I live in europe, i wouldn't become a customer so I don't feel it would be fair to call him.

On a sidenote.. i just checked my rear discs, they're not vented. Woops.
Am i correct to assume that the only difference are that they're grooved when i compare them to a normal 9-3 rotor?
They're grooved incorrectly on one side, so i know they're the original saab ones.

One online website make it very apparent that the normal ones aren't ment for a viggen:

I'm afraid that i'm missing out on something big when i get the normal brembo rear rotors.

Rear viggen brakes were just standard 9-3 parts, calipers coated black and slotted rotors. Not even directional slots. :( Braking was the same. Thats why we upgrade to the 300mm vented.
