Geez I didn't know some of those "strange behaviour" stories. I only remember footages of him grabbing some woman's behind in the 90's, and the dancing on stage thing (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aA-lal2MUKw) (which shoulda been choreographed to Wild Cherry's "Play That Funky Music"). Pretty refreshing after Breznev and Gorbachev
I recall in '93 he had a summit with Clinton here in Vancouver. I was driving in town and got stopped (and trapped) by a security barricade at a major intersection where the motorcades were about to come through (45 mins later). I saw both Yeltsin's and Clinton's limos and their respective full security entourage. He was a large-looking man even when seen in his limo from where I was standing which was at least 300 ft away.
