I recently purchased a shift boot from Redlinegoods.com. Since they did not have a Saab shift boot, I discussed this with the owner and suggested that perhaps a Neon boot would work. He offered to refund me half the price if I sent him instructions on how to install it and pictures so he could use them for his site. Agreeing with this, I went through and purchased the boot, installed it, and emailed him back all the requested info. However, he stopped responding to my emails just before I went ahead with the purchase, and has not replied since March 9th.
Previously, he responded immediately, but now it has been a month and several emails to him. $46 is not exactly pocket change for me, and I went through quite a bit of work documenting the process for him, so I really don't know how I should proceed now. Any advice?
