New electrical Gremlins

Here is a new one.
When I turn the key off it used to cut power to everything, not anymore. I turned my car off but the wipers continued to go, even though the key was out. Also if I park the car and leave it in reverse the reverse light will stay lit, even though the car is turned off and the key out.
Anyone have any ideas. Do I have a bad ground?
Thanks

It sounds to me like a faulty ignition switch. It's fairly easy and not too expensive (least it wasn't a few years ago) to replace the electrical portion of the switch. If the key is out and these circuits are still being supplied with power, it means that the ignition switch is not removing power. A bad ground won't allow something to work if it isn't receiving power.
