I just picked up a 1996 9000CSE and drove at night for the first time and learned none of the interior instrument dash lights work. Is there a fuse that needs to be changed or a bulb? This is my first Saab so any help is appreciated. Thanks
Unlikely to be bulbs, as that would mean numerous simultaneous failures. There are at least half a dozen bulbs just in the instrument cluster alone. More likely your instrument lighting dimmer is turned all the way down (rotate the knob up), or it is defective. It could be a bad fuse, but there ought to be a reason for the fuse to blow. I don't recall if the instrument lighting is on it's own fuse. I seem to recall it was in with some other circuit.
