total loss of indicators

after trawling through the forum im still non the wiser, if i use the r/h indicator it works fine, if i use l/h or hazards the fuse blows:confused: ive checked the relay today and it seems to be fine also the bulbs are ok. any ideas would be appreciated as it sucks gettin hooted at for not signalling;oops:

Bare wire on the left hand side to one of the indicators, shorting to ground?

It's unlikely to be the relay, that will only switch power to the circuit but if the circuit is shorting, that'll blow the fuse.

You could always offer arm signals, perfectly legal :)
