A strange problem with my '93 9000 turbo. There is no power at low revs in forward gears. To get it to move from a stop I have to slip the clutch (trying real hard not to burn it out). Once it's moving and the revs are up it runs fine. Clutch doesn't seem to be slipping (yet!).
Now the odd thing is that in reverse there is plenty of getupandgo. My driveway is a long, winding and steep hill that's covered with a goodly amount of snow and I had to back up it today.
There is a 'WOOooooooP' sound with the throttle but that's been around for a while. Checked the vacuum, and disable the vacuum to the TCS valves with no change.
Any ideas??
