I've just fitted a new exhaust from elkparts but now want to look at the ride.
Suspension is definatley going to be my next step as it all seems a bit soft and I wouldn't mind lowering it. I don't want the lowering to impeed the road handling though, any one any idea what is the best distance to go down without affecting the comfort/saftey?

My Abbott springs lower it 30mm. Combined with Koni Dampers it's a pretty effective set up.

My Abbott springs have also settled to around 30-35mm lower than standard (Like Gordy's, mine's an Aero). Abbott lower the ride height to improve handling. I think that any lower and the main problem would be ground clearance. I have occasional clearance problems in extreme situations, but speed humps are no problem at all.
