Hello everybody,
here some pictures of my car after several years of work (restauration) I can say that almost everything is new on it.
original car was a 900 T16 of 1989.
modifications:
engine:
-engine has been totally refurbished (new pistons, new bearings, new timing chain...)
-porter and polished 9000 2.3 Turbo head cylinder with 32/34mn bigger valves...
-lightened and balanced flywheel and crankshaft
-custom 4/1 exhaust manifold
-2.1 intake manifold
-custom all alloy Intercooler
-aquamist water injection
-T3/T4 hybrid Turbo with 360° trust bearing
-forge internal wastegate actuator
-forge RS type recirculating dump valve
-open air filter kit
-complete 3" exhaust system without cat and with 180° downpipe
(relocation of the battery in the trunk)
-HKS electronic boost controler
-Nology ignition lead
-34 lb 9000 2.3 Turbo injectors with properly modified ECU
-3.0 bars fpr
-advanced timing to 20° off boost
transmission:
-stock 89 gearbox
-9000 2.0 Turbo clutch
suspension:
-front saab sachs sport absorbers
-rear Koni red absorbers
-15 mn sport springs
-brakes:
-front tarox discs and pads
-rear EBC discs and pads
-stainless brake hoses kit
-exterior BODY:
-complete original airflow/carlsson body kit
-saab original whaletail
-saab rear decor panel
-new aero 16 wheels
-air outlet covers
-fog lights
-front white lenses with smoked side repeaters
Interior:
-new headlining in alcantara
-saab original leather door panels
-complete real wood interior
-original nardi saab steering wheel
-3 gauges (oil pressure, water temp, boost pressure)
