Isn't the lambda sensor a bit close to the turbine outlet?

IM certainly no pro, but on the lpt that i broke the lamba was in the corner of the elbow on the bottom! so it looks ok there!

Ejenner, I would say the same thing, but this weekend I talked to a guy with a seat Leon 1.8t with a GT3076bb turbo and MS-control. He has his Wideband sensor even closer to the turbo than our new friend has, and hasn't had any problems with it. The sensor is permanently mounted like that, still working fine...

No problems with the sensor, it is as close to the turbo as this even originally. BTW, it´s a wideband sensor, because of the trionic system (from the GM900 turbo).

Mapped and ready, 0,45 bar @ 1st gear, 0,8 bar @ 2nd gear, 1,2 bar @ 3rd gear and 1,5 bar @ 4th and 5th!:cheesy:

did you get those parts sand-blasted before you painted them and is it paint or powder coated? What sort of coating did you use? I've already tried one sort of coating on a pair of upper control arms but I'm not happy with it so want to strip the coating off and try again.

I polished the parts down to metal, applied corroless undercoating and then black arcanol paint. Should keep the rust away!
